Trade-In Promotion Period:
This promotion is good for customer purchases invoiced between August 1, 2008 and December 15, 2008, when 10 qualifying radios and/or Push-to-Talk cellular products are traded-in. Only orders in quantities of 10 and 10 qualified trade-ins are eligible.

Qualifying Trade-In Radios:
This trade-in offer includes business band conventional and trunked two-way radios: VHF: UHF: and 200, 700, 800, 900 MHz Motorola or competitive brand two-way radios and Push-to-Talk (PTT) cellular products. Push-to-talk (PTT) cellular phones must include PTT and quick talk button.

Non-Qualifying Products:
Specifically excluded from this promotion is any device that falls into any of the following categories: FRS, GMRS, Marine, Amateur, Avionics, Scanners, CB Radios, SSB, Pagers, Repeaters and Cordless Phones.

Eligible Customers:
Only customers located in the United States and Canada may participate. Customers located in Puerto Rico and the U.S, Virgin Islands are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
